Coordinate rehabilitation and revegetation work with clients, confirming the areas to be restored and maintaining communication through field delivery.

Identify native plants from each location, arrange nursery propagation and organise supply for planned field works.

Plan workloads and lead crews of 3–8 environmental technicians on site, allocating tasks, demonstrating methods and training personnel.

Check work quality and adjust schedules, priorities and task allocation to meet site requirements.

Use GIS and prepare JSA and SWMS documentation to support environmental field operations.

Found an alternative nursery when supplied plants were incorrect or below the required quality.

WA Flood and Fire

Dealt directly with clients throughout consulting jobs, organising assessments, testing and restoration work.

Inspected flood-, fire- and mould-affected sites, interpreted laboratory results and prepared reports from assessment findings.

Prepared restoration scopes and quotations, discussed findings and work requirements with clients, and coordinated field crews.

Led a 12-person team over 14 days of Coral Bay mould remediation across 100 units and rooms.

Prepared the Coral Bay JSA, SWMS and SDS pack and worked alongside mycologists responsible for mould sampling and formal clearance.

Environmental Technician

Carried out environmental monitoring, rehabilitation, revegetation, weed control and erosion management across rail, coastal, council and mine-site settings.

Performed mine-site weed control and collected georeferenced observations around Newman to support rehabilitation monitoring.

Contributed to native planting and establishment on the Armadale to Byford Rail Extension, and dune stabilisation at Yanchep and Two Rocks.

Worked on regional revegetation at Mukinbudin and wetlands planting in Perth’s southern suburbs; supported native seed collection, cleaning and preparation.

Used GPS, maps and tablets to record field observations and followed site safety requirements in public-use and remote locations.
